this is a fox that my husband trapped about 20 years ago.  It used to be a snow base and I'd like to fix it up for him.  The current ick feels like it was little styrofoam beads.  I have read back 6 pages now and I'm thinking I should just scrape it all off and purchase the artificial snow from WASCO or another company?  If I'm correct then could I get some tips on how to use it?
Thanks for the help!  I'm going to be reading for a few hours yet, trying to learn how to carve foam into rocks...

I lay down a layer of sheet poly fill for depth, spray with fabric glue,  then sprinkle the Art. snow on this. The poly fill gives it a soft 3 demensional look. paul

Mix the fake snow/shredded Styrofoam with 100% silicone and spread it on the base.
