I'm planning to do a habitat with snow, now if or probably when it gets dirty, whats the best way to clean this.  Or is there?

You can try blowing or vacuuming periodically and you will probably have to touch it up after.Every couple years or so,you may just want to strip it off and add fresh.I've seen guys make melted snow with salt and scenery resin.that stuff is pretty cool.you can vacuum it and it doesn't shed.

I have blown it off but it never seems to get real clean I would love other ideas that work better.
