I think all supply companies have it, but I got mine from McKenzie.  A little bit goes a LONG way!

Correction, the only supplier that I can find carrying it is Research.

NDDREAMER, I just googled "potassium permanganate" Got 1000's of hits and found it as low as $8.95. I used walnut stain on the last mule deer I killed because I left it outside too long. will try the PP next time I need to.

You said you use this over repairs also,  what are you using for repairs that will absorb PP and does it absorb at the same rate?

Good tutorial but please, no more calling it PP..

Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate. They are one and the same...

Re-hydrate! It is an important step.
