you can create a free account at photobucket.com then just upload your pics and then copy/paste the url and your pic will show!

I bought "PhotoMud" for $10, online. downloaded it. Worked great

1) open the program
2) highlight the name of your file
3) file/save as...blah.jpg....compression set to 30
voila
