Ohio Trapping?

I know this isn't a "taxidermy" question, but deffinately taxidermy related.
I'm intrested in trapping, and I've just filled out the trapping exam for my license.  The ohio laws state:

With my trapping permit:

I CAN sell green or dried furs as long as it's within the same "season" in which they were caught.
I CAN NOT buy green or dried furs unless I have a fur buyers permit.

So, my question:

I can't find any information as to where to buy a fur buyers permit, or the cost of one, and do I need a buyers permit to purchase furs on here taxidermy.net?

All I need to sell any furs I take (next season) is the trapping permit?

This just seems backwards to me. It seems a permit should be required to sell, not buy. Want to make sure I'm doing things legally.

best answer i can give you call your state wildlife number on you trapping permit they will tell you all about your rights also differant states have differant laws it your responcibilty to know those laws also    yep ! screwed up ant it     good luck   mark c
