Can anyone give me an idea on how to paint some artificial mushrooms ,I would realy appreciate the help.

I now buy mine from Matuska, it's just easier for me to buy them finished now. When I did paint them, I used a dark brown, yellow ochre, and med. green. I would thin all colors, brush on and then wipe off until I achieved the desired color.

get yourself some good pictures to look at while you paint them . Spray with a light coat of yellow ochre then take chocolate or burnt umber and spray down in the honey comb holes . spray some on the stem at an angle . Then with the brown dry brush the the cap or head lighty .
