Here is mine from our state extravaganza last year. I'm not going this year 'cause my wife and I are having a daughter in the morning. It is made of 4x8 sheets of T111 plywood siding framed with 2x4's. When it all goes together, I can screw the 2x4's together to make all solid.

Here is a pic of my display I use for art shows... it would not be heavy duty enough to hold mounts, but you could incorporate some of these ideas and figure out a way to make it hold heavier objects.

The panels are made of 2x2 frames with heavy duty foam insulation in the middle. Then I took a gray outdoor carpet (very short) and glued to the front and back - folded and stapled on the sides. All the panels have hidden hinges on them to hold them together. You will notice I made some panels bigger and some smaller to accomodate different shapes and sizes of booth spaces. I also designed a fold-down table that matches and I attatched lights to the top.

Overall this is a fairly lightweight and nice looking display. It cost me around $300 to build. I've been using it for 4 yrs now and it doesn't show any sign of wear.
