Hello I was wandering if some one can assist me with a question regards  to repairing the head of a grouse. I picked it up on the side of the road after it was struck by a car. I examined the bird to find a lot of blood on it,s head. Also observed that the crainium has been split in half. Although can not tell if skin is torn . Can somebody tell me if there is a way to salvage this bird and if there is a way to repair the head. It has nice plumage and decent girth. Thank you hawk

Great tutorial. We tend to over look the obvious or simple solutions. Thanks for sharing.
