Holy cow - and to have the gall to charge you $45 bucks to ship them back (That would have put me over the edge!!!) If it were me, I'd call them and complain and ask for all of my money back. If "no go" there, (assuming you have good pics of the poor quality) I'd then put a "stop payment" on my credit card and see what happens from there...
