Altering a Shoulder Form to a Wall Pedestal
«
on:

I have a client who want Chamois in a wall ped. I couldn't find any on the market. So I had to alter one. I started with a McKenzie shoulder form. In the second picture I cut the corner off the form. I the cut a piece of plywood to the shape I wanted the back to be. I then built the area up with foam. And when I got the shape I wanted I smoothed it all up with bondo. To some of you guys and gals this is probably elementry but maybe it will help someone.

I also altered the neck. I put a little more turn in it. I will post more pictures when I get it mounted.

thankyou!
I have a chamois to do and look for a position similar, maybe a pedestal and not a wallped. And open mouth (casting and sculpting, sculpting and casting...
)
My start manikin is not so good and have to change shoulder shape and neck but is what I have. Your pics can be very helpfull to me, thanks!

I mounted this little fellow yesterday I'll post more when finished. It also helps if you have a wall ped form handy of a white tail just to get an ideal when altering one. I didn't have one but have mounted allot of them.
