Well you asked for it and here it is!....There isn't much to using this stuff, but it sure does give a Killer effect when rebuilding the inside of a mouth! FIRST, I would like to thank Keith C again for telling me about it and how to use it.

So lets get started...Take your All Game and roll out equal parts of A and B (I usually wet my fingers from the start because one part is very tacky)

Press the two parts together and dip it into the flock...I stick the tacky side in the bag and completely cover it with the flock. You really do need to play with how much flock you mix. A little really goes a ong way.

Blend everthing together with your fingers then dip in water and work some more. The water will cause the dye in the flock to bleed out into the All Game.

Here I flatten out the piece I just mixed and also done the same with Apoxie Sculpt to show the difference. (Wet Mix)

(Dry)...The color deepens as it sets up. The Apoxie Sculpt kind of took on a purple tint.

I hope this helps?...Like I said, "There isn't much to using this stuff, but it works Great!

A lot of the PM's I received  Angry wanted me to do a mouth with this stuff, but I didn't have any open mouth piece's to do now...Hey!...I found something to do!  Grin Grin Grin

I thought I would turn this thing into an open mouth and do the inside with flock and AG. Like I said, Have some Fun! Grin The one in the picture is a lot nicer then the one I have. I found it while cleaning out my Grandma's house, but it'll do! Grin

Here are the materials I used to do this.

I started by laying out to remove the lower jaw. It doesn't matter if your doing a wig head or a Bobcat. You would do your layout the same way to alter a close mouth to an open one. You need to find where the jaw bone hinges at and mark it. Then from there draw a cut line. Good reference is always a must have.
Next layout a wedge...This is the material you are going to remove so the lower jaw will drop down.

After you have your layout lines start cutting!

Now sand or rasp off the wedge

Do a test fit and make sure everything looks good

Now take a Break Grin

Dermal out the upper and lower jaws to accept a jaw set (I won't be using one. I didn't find any teeth while clean out Grandma's Huh

Now it's time to texture with flock and AG

After you complete the top and bottom jaw, you can reattach the bottom. I used 5min. apoxie to glue it on. Some folks use bondo, It works great too.

Next fill in the cheek area left open when the jaw was dropped down, plus fill in all the seams around the lower jaw with AG or apoxie Sculpt.

I've decided this is going to be a Dude, so lets add an Adams Apple! Grin

Also he's got to have a tongue!(AG/flock and textured with a wire brush)

So Far

Time to finish the lips with Flock/AG. I use my fingers to apply it and then smooth it with a wet brush. I wanted to make the lips as red as possible, so I loaded the AG with Flock.

Modeling tool Grin

When I got it to this point,I told Deb this thing is starting to Scare me!

From the start Chris Barnhardt has been helping with taking pictures so I figured it was time he got his hands on the head! Saturday morning I headed back to his shop. We sat down and figured out the Perfect paint schedule to finish it off and "Really Make it Come to Life!

I gave him some reference pictures!

Mr. Barnhardt went to work!

O'Yeah Micheal...Chris said, Love ya Dude! Grin

We also discussed wether or not he needed handles, I mean ears?

Before it was over with I had Chris to slide on his judges robe and give me a critique...It must be my year because I scored another Blue Ribbon!

Thanks Chris! Grin

I sure hope somebody learned something from this? It's 3:13 am! Roll Eyes
