The Week in Fish Pictures~ Year 2# Week#38

Welcome from Hinsdale New Hampshire! A great week Fishheads! Lots of awesome inspiration and beautiful work to be enjoyed! Been busy teaching the past 2 weeks and will be in MI next week for a great time with some of the wonderful members of the Michigan taxidermy association. I'll have pictures of that event for sure! Poor Terry!

Been a wonderful week for The Week in Fish Pictures WOW!  With every great week we all shared in the work we do as taxidermists with our fish pictures! There was some really inspirational fish work last week I hope you all had a great week my friends and family of Fishheads!!! Lets start off with some Big time thanks to our great contributors this past week!

Great work last week by Dennis Nelson, RP, Jeff Sonner, Slick, Denny, Jonny, Natuers Art, Mike Kroessig, Sparky, Don Patten, Pete Szymborski, Rocky River, Josh Kelly (chip off the old block), GulfcoastWF (Lowell), WILDWORLDTAXI, Kerby Ross, Taxidude, Fishtail, Dbess, Curtis Cook, Doug A, Top Knotch, and Uncle Dave Campbell! Super work and Big thanks for sharing and aspiring all of us!

From beginner's to the best in the world we all join in every week in a critique free and hassle free string with nothing more then great artist and inspiring fish taxidermist and carves get together to share with one another their praise and inspiration of good will and friendship to one another.

I thought I would start the week with 2 pictures a recent Rainbow and a preview of a mighty special eye! My great friend and most talent Fishhead of the great Northwest Mr. Jeff Lumsden was so kind to share with me his new eyes that will be out soon! You want to talk about an eye that lets you have freedom and accuracy! Simply the best I have seen yet! Here is a Rainbow Trout completed by Anglers Student Scott Shaheen using the new Jeff Lumsden eye's and here is also one Jeff painted for us! Great stuff look for it soon in WASCO!
So here goes!

I hope you enjoy the week!
So with out further ado lets get week #38 under way.

So here we go and here is to a great week in fish pictures!!!! #38! Enjoy!

My Best!
Your Friend
Rick Krane

Wow!!!  Now that eye is truly remarkable!!!  Great job to Jeff, and your student did very very well on that custom painted eye, and the rainbow.  Very COOL.

thought I would join this week...I finished this fish two weeks ago and have been working on a couple deer and an elk for some fish customers this week....I remembered after the elk and first deer this week why I don't care to do mammals anymore....they are boring

my latest attempt at a sm ...they give me fits for some reason , but I love the challenge.
