Just received my first purchase( un-named company is a major supplier) of molding latex, 1 Qt jar. the latex had a thick skin (1/4") on top and is lumpy, is this normal? should I stir or mix this lumpy mixture? Or is it getting old? Container was sealed well. thanks, Paul
