poured two sample pours and both looks like the plexi glass cracked, looks like a spider web under the water. Both were poured with artificial water from WASCO ordered last week. I mixed them at a 1.0% ratio 1oz water and 6 drops catalyst stirred well and poured over glass with taped edges. Both had two drops transparent dye in them. First one was poured outside second in climate control rm. Plexi glass was 1/4 inch. Any ideas help! PLEASE

Did you remove the protective layer of plastic stuck onto the Plexiglas?  Your pours were done in to different temperatures, but what about the temperature of the material you were using. Did you give it time to reach the same temp as the climate controlled area? It sounds like it was kicking a little fast and hot. You need to adjust mixtures if the humidity and air temps are high. I believe the ideal working temp is around 70-75 degrees. If the mixture is at a higher temp  than what's recommended it will act like there is more catalyst in it and it will kick hot. Maybe someone else has the temp info on hand.

How thick was each pour? If it's to deep there can be a lot of exothermic reaction

if the glass was not clean chemical separation could have occurred.
Even something as simple as windex can mess things up.
Soap will cause problems too.
Though it seems like there would be little interference the bonding agent on the protective coat could cause this too.

Just poured some lastnight.
To test....Nothing better to do....
To much catalyst caused it to spider web out.......
Soap and degreasers caused swirl patterns under the cast where it pooled.
Sun (heat) had minimal effects. But the one I let sit on my covered porch  webbed out compared to the one in my shop....
