any recommendations on a tannery that gives you quality on skins like- lynx, bobcats, fox, martens
been using carolina for deer capes and am happy with that but never sent them any fine fur, any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Carolina does a fine job on furs as well.

try moyles mink tannery, the specialize in garment furs

You didn't say if it was for mounting or as a simple wall hang, if its a wall hang never to be mounted, i agree with # T #  moyle mink and tannery in idaho is super on it's garment tan as this is the main part of their business.  If for mounting, stick with carolina.
