Just got these saved to my computer for reference...some guy in Mich. posted him on a hunting forum I visit.
I have asked for his premission to steal his photos he has bunches more, but these are all that he made public. I guess he puts peanut butter on or below his trail camera or I guess corn would work too.

One of those is a good reference photo for the nose. I am putting out my cameras soon, even if there are not any monsters where I hunt, I still get some good pictures. Since Hurricane Katrina, we have lots of downed timber and it has grown up in briars. Now , we have lots of hogs competing with the deer for food. If you put anything out in front of the camera, you will attract hogs.

Someone forgot to tell those deer to drop their lashes to a 45 degree angle, LOL.
If someone did an eye on a mount that way we would all accuse them of not using good reference LOL.

I think they are trying to focus on the bait at close range, thus making them go bug-eyed.
Even the coon is like that.

Unless you are hiding somewhere with a remote, How would you control the camara to snap with such a variety of distance?
I don't know anything about trail cams ,but those are great photos.

motion sensor...those homebrew cameras like this guy is using has the fastest trigger that I know of, and the camera is a p40 sony on this one I think. He has atleast one photo of all those deer just before they get to the camera. about like the first and third shot above being the same deer.

He must of mixed salt with water and sprayed the cam! All our deer pics are about 30 feet away or so! Great reference!
