I just finished painting a bass repo and upon putting WASCO's fish gloss on it the black and blk/green paint just vanished. Does anyone know what may cause this. I gave it a couple flash coats before giving it a good final coat. thanks in advance

I have had that happen when I didn't flash coat it, but you said you did that. I make sure the flash coat is really thin and quick, and it has worked well for me.
