He did have one thing right, just because someone competes does not mean their customer work is up to par, but with that much badmouthing, he sounds like he could be one of those pain in the butt people that are never happy.

PS...forgot to mention, he heard my competitor charged $475 and his prices were "ridiculously too high."

I had a guy call me a crook the otherday when I quoted him a price for a Bobcat lying on a mantle.  LMAO!!   Atleast i'm a crook that eats Ribeyes!!  ROTFLMAO!

You ought to here all the comments when people ask me the price for a Squirrel mount.

One guy almost had a corinary when I told him it was $425. for a lifesize.

Or b etter yet $1000. for a Black Bear rug No matter the size.

Most of them just say thanks & hang up, but in the last 3 days 5 bears came in for rugs.

Were not in this to make freinds, If we were we could do deer heads for $175. & be the most popular guy in the Walmart Parking lot.

( HOLDING A CARDBOARD SIGN THAT SAYS WILL WORK FOR NOTHING )

RJ you are to cheap on the bear rug, after last year we went to $1500 or $250 per foot with $1000. min.

Had a guy ask about a lifesize bear, I told him $3500.00 for a black bear, well its already back from the tannery and he has more than paid the deposit.

We went to $535.00 on deerheads, no knuckle no buckle We get it so can you other taxis.

Sure we have a lot of people walk off, and I am sure they go somewhere else, so what!!! We do what we can and we are eating Prime rib two nights a week, plus Andys frozen Custard.
