nice works guyz ... here what i did this week, 2 big fat stinkers.
definately not a favorite on my workbench ... but working for schools can bring some nice species  ;)

This Ptarmigan had been shot at about fifteen foot away, it had an inch hole through it plus lots of small shot holes, the leg had been removed, all the white rump feathers had been pushed inside and stained by the gut, the head and neck had been snapped off in the freezer AND it was in mid moult,,,, I really hate some clients!!!!!

That is one hell of a pintail. For a guy across the pond nonetheless.... Great job Peter... One of the best bird pintail I've seen posted on here in a long long time!
