Dear friends,

I'd like to share with you one of my recent carvings on a moose antler "A Marten and a Dog", the animals are made of wood....

You did it again my friend! This piece looks great as usual :)
It is very interesting how you manage to incorporate wood figurines into antler base, and yet  they look like one.
Once again, great work!

Thank you Igor really much!!!!

And here I am posting some pictures of another recently finished moose antler carving,  my "Bear and Laika" (moose antler, wood).
This time I played with toning a bit using new approaches and materials...

Looks great for sure......  What material do you add for the bear and the wolf?   I creates nice depth to the carving.   I also like the way you have done the roots of the trees.  Very nicely done.

So...my favourite Wolf...My new carving - Prowling wolf

The 1/3 of the wolf’s body is carved in wood and is fixed onto the antler with the background of a landscape (the tree trunks, stubs and roots, and the leaves) carved into the antler.

I'd be very grateful for your comments and ideas!!!
