Looks real clean for your 2nd good job. I agree on the ears they need to be built up a little more and moved up closer to the antler base. Nice lookin deer.

I agree, move the ears a bit. Picturing the deer with no antlers, makes those ears really look wrong. :P

Funny I have been judged by Mike R and had my eyes just like that maybe a little less white, and got a best of show at the OTA show...You guys need to study reference, a deer can turn his head left or right and still have the white showing in the back of his eyes. it depends what is going on.

Did you lengthen the muzzle? Maybe it's just foreshortening in the photo but the deers face looks too long. Look at the distance from the eye to the back corner of the mouth.

Nice job on #2. The white on the back side of the eyes, do indicate that it is cross eyed, a sliver of white would be more acceptable as looking forward, you have to much white at the back of the eye showing, needs just a sliver of white.

No,,,, just don't make the eye so long in length. Set for a sliver, not a mile. I fixed it for you.

Just glue a bee on the nose of the deer, and the eyes will be correctly set. ;-)
