hello to all

here is (finally) my first and hopefully last snowhare.
the hunter in Sweden chopped it apart for eating, not for taxidermy.  ::)
lots of sewing, but turned out o.k. i think.
Snowhare were are you? please critique  ;D

greetings from Austria, Karin

Codi,

That is a very pleasing mount to the eyes.  Would look great in a trophy room.  Very nice job!

Passed some time, and i ...found the courage to do it! (finally, what took me so long?!? )
Dear friends this is  "Garfield" ...some of you know him already... it was a really big and fat male of european wild cat! Weight was 9,2 Kg  - 20 Lbs (an average good one is around 5-6 Kg)
All was fine with him, except... some freezer burn, some major fat burn on belly, the skin on 3 legs cracked chaoticaly because of fat burn...and the last but actually the first  was killed with 30.06  ::) sooo... this is it, could be  a lot better, has many issues,  but i didn't want to mix it a lot find a better pose because i didn't want any more surprise cracks...
