  Being part time and getting more in than I expected the last couple years....I'm just trying not to get any more behind than I am. Finished one tonight as well and have one prepped and ready for coffee in the AM.

Matt, I wish I could have them all done by turkey season. Be lucky to have them all done by Bow season.  lol

Sunday today i smoked 150 lbs of deer sausage for my brother in law and hung new lights in the shop bed time now pork chops sound good to me taco bell not so much.

I have just spent Sunday night, up until 10pm casting a salmon blank.

Thanks for that John. I would enjoy working on a Roe, such unique animals. Maybe someday I'll get one to do. We dermist have some funky hours we will work...lol
