So I am working on a bunch of upland birds right now, and I remember a conversation I had with another taxi. He mention sewing the scaps on upland birds. I have never done that in the past. Any of you do this? Can you elaborate on how and why?

you mean the scapulars? .... or the neck "side pockets" on the sides that don't have feathers?
