One of my friends brought me a couple skuls to bleach. He left them in a bucket until everything rotted. Now the skulls are brown. Before I mess with them, will they still bleach out ok?

Do not use chlorine bleach. Use peroxide. But you really should soak them in detergent water to get the grease and dirt off first.
