Ok, thought Id share a tip for finishing fish heads.

After filling in the shrunken areas on top of the head with your choice of epoxie,
smooth out the apoxie and form it to your liking.

take a paper towel, damp, crumple it up in your hand and roll it around a bit

unwrap and place towel on epoxied area, take care not to get all the wrinkles out

press towel down lightly, not to distort your epoxie just enough to get the impression

remove and proceed to finish

quick and easy, hope this helps someone
