I had a guy bring me a muel deer last night and he had it covered in borax. that wont be like salt where it wont freeze I have it fleshed and split, will there be any problems?  thanks again

I think that will mess with the ph of the pickle but not exactly sure.

Tell tannery if that's your next step, and yes will raise ph, constant monitoring of pickle

I guess I never thought about the ph I have a auto tanner that I use does anyone forsee any problems with that?
