Had anyone ever tried to replicate clay mud on a pig mount? Fixing to give it a whirl had a request for it any ideas thanks

You can mix dirt and envirotex and smear it on where you want it . Works really well .

I have done the Envirotex and dirt with good results. I have also mixed dirt with Mod Podge with good results.

Instead of dirt, I'd suggest using vermiculite and peat moss mulch.  Looks like dirt but is lighter and not as easy to dislodge or tear the hair out of the skin.

This was done with peat moss and 2 part gloss I got in home depot. "Super glaze" mix the epoxy gloss and then the dirt until consistency like mud.. apply with gloves to mount.
I did the mouth and lower legs of this boar
