Does anyone know where I can find a standing whitetail fawn
manikin with the measurements of 2.5 eye to nose, 25 nose to
tail, and 18 around belly area? All information will be greatly
appriciated.

Are you sure you have the measurements correct? The seem a little out of whack. That "A" measurement sounds like a newborn fawn, while the other two sound like 2 to 3 week old deer.
McKenzie sells a 2 5/8 and a 2 1/2 but come up short on the other measurements. These could be modified easily enough, but I don't know about the leg sizes.
