I've got a tanned wolf skin that still has the cartilage in the ears. I'm aware that it's not going to be a fun or easy job, but was wondering if anybody has some ideas on how to make it less difficult. The cartilage is connected to both sides of the ear. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.

If you can't turn them, I don't think you have a choice but to rehydrate the ears. Several rehydration agents are available from WASCO. Soak only your ears in the solution.
