First I would like to say that I am new at this and this is a fantastic site after paging through all the info below. My question is I would like to know more about the cutting the bird leg to leg verse breast to butt? Are the incesions from leg base to base or up the legs or in a "Y"?

tim when you cut from leg to leg you do not disturb any breast feathers(very important when mounting turkeys)in any case you have less sewing and grooming and feather setting is easyier. what are you mounting? if i knew the item i may could be of more help.
