Can anyone tell me if i can move one eye. It's kind of looking inward .It does't have to be moved very much I used critter clay to set the eyes, also one of the ears is a little lower than the other I used ear liners but they are not attached to the form. Can i just wet the area over night?I could move the ear but how could i adjust the eye. The mount is completly dry, but has not been painted yet. Thanks

I wouldn't wet it overnite---that might be too long. you wouldn't want it to soak any longer than necessary because you'll have a concern with slippage. I'd lay it over, then spray it down with water, then set a wet washcloth on the eye. check it every hour until it is movable. be careful with the eyelids because the hair might be loose. don't touch it anymore than you have to.
Good Luck

Tom,
Is the bear commercially tanned? If it is, rewetting it won't cause any problems. Tom Ray says they can be wet for weeks, in fact that's how I keep them till the seams all close on mine. Now, if it's a home tan or DP, that's a whole nuther country.
