Sea Roach found at 5000 ft. of water.

I just got a sea roach in a trap which was pulled up with a remote sub offshore.I don't know the proper name for it but they called it a sea roach offshore. It's about 12 in. long and 5in. wide.
I would like to preserve it what should I do. I have it in the freezer now. I was told that to put it in a jar and fill it with liquid plastic ?
How do they presrve a lobster, because this thing has plenty of legs?

The best way to preserve something like that would be to freeze dry
it. If I can be of any help in the freeze drying, call me at 440 232 8352
and I will help out in any way I can.
