I've been wanting to pursue a career in taxidermy for years and have decided to make the move. I'm a little befuddled on the best way to start out. What research should be completed? What to concentrate on? Remeber ,I'm a raw beginner!

Thanks,

Marty

Marty,
I just started taxidermy last year and I believe the best way To learn is the WASCO Beginner Course Booklet or The Beginner Video Set.
Good Luck,
Brandon

This is the best move someone beginning can make. You will meet lots of talented artist, many of which will be glad to answer any questions you may have. You will also be eligible to attend your state convention where seminars will be hosted by some of the best known taxidermist. You will gain more knowledge from this than you would in any how to booklet. Give it a try....it's affodable...fun... and you will make some new friends.
