Who do you all think has the best and most up to date skinning and fleshing video for wt deer capes. I need to cut some time that part of the process. Spending about 3 hrs on my skinning & total cape prep right now.
What do you think is average?
Thanks for any opinions, Jim

For Total cape prep(which I assume would include fleshing), I think you are doing just fine.
I'm sure you'll get faster with experience, but 3 hours is probably
about what most guys spend on cape prep.
Good Luck
Dave
I am a beginner also and would be interested in which fleshin video others recommend. It seems I'm always breathing a sigh of relief once I have it skinned and I want to improve on my speed and accuracy.
Hi,
I have seen most of the videos on fleshing and other subjects. In my
experience the best one is sold by WASCO. It's made by the guy
that presented the fleshing machines to the taxidermy trade. He realy
knows his machines and explaines in plain words how things should
work and how to solve your problem. It saved me hundreds of hours.
He makes the quebec machines.
I HAVE FOUND SOME GOOD VIDEOS FROM www.taxidermyvideos.com
ONE IS ON CAPEING AND EUROPEAN SKULL MOUNTS
ONE ON WHITETAIL SHOLDER MOUNTS THEY SELL FOR 14.99 GOOD LUCK
