This means you are to tumble your skins in sawdust to dry/polish the leather only tumble after you have oiled your skins this prosess also helps your skins smell good hope this helps Ken
Before I built my tumbler I used to put some sawdust and some oderless mineral spirits in a strong lawn and garden plastic bag, double bagged, and put it in the clothes dryer. I only did it because there was a no heat setting on it. I wouldn't do it if the dryer doesn't a no heat setting.
