What would i use to preserve the skin over antler nobs on a
button buck. the antler nobs are peirced through the skin.

The best thing that I have come up with is freeze drying; send the entire
skull plate to be done-usually the fee is based on weight and these little
bucks and spike elk don,t often go over $25-$30.
Big antlers are another problem.

injecting this in under the skin on the buttons
You can inject the Antler in Velvet Tan and paint it on as
well and this will tan the skin in that area.
