Dextrine works just fine and gives you time to make adjustments.

One of the problems with the epoxies is many people develope allergic reactions to it after a few years.

Its true epoxies must be handled with proper safety precautions to avoid possible problems downstream. If you use protective gloves, avoid skin contact, and use proper ventilation there should be no problems. The epoxy adhesive systems offer many advantages over other types of glues. Use common sense and follow the safety procedures just like you should with any other chemical. There are far more dangerous chemicals that I hear about on this forem being used like gasoline, acetone, tolulene, zylol, and many more. Many of these products are not only toxic, but very flammable. With proper precautions their use can also be less hazardous. Think safety, because a ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure.
