what is the fastest way to card ducks wings that are cupped up this is taking up more of my time than i would like is there any tips any one can help me with greatly appreciated thank alot

I just ginished a grouse, and to put the proper ben in his tail, I took two pieces of thin carding,
and clamped them together with long aluminum hair clips. You can bend them to the shape you want.

try inserting a piece of stiff wire into the bird just under the wing and bend the wire so it lays under the wing in the shape you want. Then use masking tape to secure the feathers to the wire. When the bird is dry, peel off the tape and remove the wire
