Would like to know how you get the bubble affect in the artificial water scenes. suggestions needed.

There are a number of ways to create the appearance of bubbles in a water scene depending upon the "look" you want to achieve. For example, you can use Wonder Water and melt it only to the point where the crystals are still evident, use clear round acrylic beads, or coarse salt. All of these are imbedded in or on clear resin. Call me if you need any more information.
