I plan on rehidrating my shaved buffalo hide this weekend. It is so stiff due to the salt drying phase. I plan on taking it to the car wash and hosing it down to get it cleaned. i then need to figure a way on how to get it folded up so that i can soak it in a relaxer salt mixture. This is my main concern. Does anyone have any suggestions that would make this easier on my.

What you might can do if you cannot fold it is that you can
wash it like you going to, then take and try to soak it with
a water hose then make a solution of 50%to 50% water and
our Relax R, and paint it on the skin. Let it sit for a few
hours then try to fold it. When you do get it put into your
solution then you can leave the salt out or use as little as
1/4oz per gallon of water.
