What's best material to make underwater scenes?

I'm wondering what is the best material for underwater scenes? Actually, i'm just interested in making art pieces with resin and the like. I've used sanding, casting, laminating etc types of polyester resins, but i'm wondering if there is certain type of resin which is best for this.

thanx.

There is no really best product out there. You choose the medium you need to work with. What works for one person my not be the best for the other. I done work with maches, pour a cast, bondo, fiberglass resin, etc, etc, etc.

Hey tavis
Look in WASCO.There is some good books on habitat.Remember in art water doesent really have to look like water. So no need to restrict yourself to resins.
