I am just getting into taxidermy as a hobby and have done a whitetail which turned out very nice. I now would like to mount a boar. My question is, what is your preference in boar forms and why? Which forms fit feral hogs better? Which forms fit Russian strain boars better? What is the prefered tanning method?
I tanned the whitetail with Lutan F. The Rinehart tanning cream looks pretty easy too.
Any advise that could be given would be much appreciated.
