Who makes one of the better stands out there. I'm kind of limited on space, so I was thinking about a bench model, but haven't ruled out a full stand. The one in Jonas looks pretty good. I really don't feel like going to a weld shop with plans. Just interested what others are using.
James Edger has the best I have seen and used its really neat with 360 degree pivot and one hand locking lever.
If you are looking for a reasonable benchmount stand, you cant beat dixielands.Its made of heavy gauge 1&3/4 inch steel and it will turn any which way but loose!And its only $45.00.I personaly own 8 of these and think they are great.You cant build one your self much cheaper.Dixielands # is 1-800-465-4577.
