What would be the best cuts to make when skinning a whitetail for a lifesize mount, the ones that would end up being the quickest and easyest to hide when sewing. The less sewing the better.Thanks.

Using the dorsal incision will require less sewing however, it will
be more visible than cutting the belly & legs. If your confident
in your sewing abilities, go with the dorsal.
Always consider positions of the final mount, laying down,
up high etc. The poses can help dictate the easiest
cuts to make. Jeff is right dorsal is the easiest but
tha angles can help you hid stiches.
