When skinning out an animal for a lifesize mount using a ventral incision, do you cut up the front and back legs or just up the belly? How far up the legs do you cut?

On what type of mount your doing, the way the maninkin is made, etc. Most of the time we make the dorsel cut. And for the legs, just up to the elbow generally works.
