Is this possible has any one done this and with what results, not sure if adhesive will stick to foam or is felting the best way to go
i checked in search but the only talk about this is on antler mounts.
Just to make sure i'am making sense i'am talking about the dished out part on the mannkin that gives it the 3d effect.
Thanks for your help.

Adhesive

Hello there Dave,
Adhesive will stick to foam real good!
I will always wipe the form off with Laquer Thinner to remove the mold release first. I use the Gary Bowen's mannikin prep, but most others will work too.
You might even want to try the FLEX-STONE paint on the back of that form if you dont want to use leather.I've used it many times and it gives an awsome effect.
Give it a try.
Any questions, call me at (1-800)843-3320 ext 105 or e-mail me at this address.
Have a good day buddy,

Just piant with same color paint as flocking "any paint". While paints wet
wet use flocking gun.The wet paint acts as your glue, let dry, lightly
blow off excess put decorative rope around edge done.
