If it is completely dried just soak in water.It will take a couple of hours. Pull it out every now and then and stretch it. the best thing to do is after you apply the liquid tan is to roll it up and let it soak in for about 6 hours then freeze it until ready to mount it. When ready to mount thaw it out tumble it dry and mount. No rehydrating it.
