Hello all, I am wondering if, after you have finished fleshing a duck, before washing, if it is ok to put it back in the freezer? If so, about how long before damage occurs? Also, I am trying to figure out what is the best injetion type fluid to use on the feet to prevent shrinkage . I have heard people talk about a solution of glycerine and formalin but I dont know where to find glycerine.
Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated
