I've read several articles that mention removal of the scent gland located in the neck of the buck pronghorn. Is this gland located on the inside of the hide behind the black patch on each side of the neck? Also, to remove it, do i simply cut down into the hide until I expose it and simply clean it out?
It always sounds easy until you try it and that's where you get into trouble.
